You should post your rollout in reply to the thread you started. This thread isn't far down the list at all. By making a new thread and not posting it on the original thread people who search through old posts won't know that a rollout of the position even exists unless they get lucky and click on this one too.

It's acceptable sometimes to create a new thread and post the rollout in the original thread when the original thread has been buried by new posts. In both instances though it's best to post the rollout in the original thread.
