Meyer Dice Tube VIDEO, Randomness & Cheating

Brett, after reading the many comments here and after browsing your website, I think I'd extract this kernel of interest from Bill's criticism: I think a little shorter, little less passionate, and little less hyperbolic presentation might be more persuasive.
One example: "eliminates all of the problems and nuisances associated with the traditional methods of rolling dice for any game or activity that uses dice" -- I'm not sure that's really true. Some readers report, for instance, that "cocked dice" still happen, possibly more than (as you write) "once every hundred or so flips). And to some minds, the tube introduces new problems and new nuisances.
Another: "The Best Thing to Happen to Backgammon Since the Doubling Cube!" I don't know, maybe this is just marketing fluff, but it turns me off.
Another: "Several independent randomness studies have been conducted, verifying the achievement of randomness." But (1) "verifying the achievement of randomness" seems like overstatement (2) whatever "several independent ... studies" refers to, the only data I see are for the 3,000 dice rolls which -- correct me if I'm wrong -- you conducted yourself, and those were with a tube with no baffles.
