Well done, Paul. You scored 100% on the answers as you learned them a few months ago. Unluckily for you, this was right before I added the hit convention (hit if you can), which overrides the most points convention. (I've been meaning to update you.)

By your numbering:

(1) 21$-22E (not e)
(3) 41$-44C (not c)
(5) 41S-44E (not e)
(6) 43Z-44C (not c)

In other words, thanks to the hit convention, you can now use capital letters for the best plays.

For (7) and (8), the hit convention is irrelevant. For (2), (4) and (9), you aptly used assumption.
