This looks like a good reference idea, Kye. I applaud your efforts.
Below are some suggestions that I hope you'll feel free to accept, modify or reject.
#1. For consistency and recognition and to save space, use the bot symbols (~ Snowie 3-ply, / GnuBG 2-ply, < XG 3-ply, ^ XG 4-ply, and > XG 5-ply) already employed in the forum posts and in e-mails between Nack, Stick, David, Neil, Ken, Paul, and others. For example, 21$-11 [N H21] <30, or 21$-54 [S R12] ~10.
#2. The bot symbol also helps reinforce that what follows it is the number of trials; no need to add "k." If plays have a different number of trials, an asterisk denotes a repeater (not necessary after final number). For example, for what might otherwise be written "[A B5 C18 D26 E50 F60] 46kAB 15kCD 5kEF Gnu," you can shorten the post-bracket info to "/46*15*5."
#3. A good abbreviation for bot aggregate is "agg." If I list a result without the number of trials in a post, I believe you can assume it is an agg -- unless explicitly stated otherwise. (Naturally, you'll want to define bot symbols and any abbreviations in your intro.)
#4. It would be nice for each position to be listed once, with repeat instances being indented space. I don't know the html for that, but I suspect someone does.
#5. It seems odd that the number of trials is unknown for some of your results. What is the source of that data?
#6. Please explain what you mean by "51$-21 [$ S9 D20 U21 @31 V32 $45] 2k, 0-ply, bkgm" and similar results. You stated that "bkgm" indicates data from Stick's site (which I think normally refers to the navigable bgonline.org), but I find only [$ S23] /15 there (and it's 2-ply, not 0-ply). Is there another "Stick's site"?
#7. For quality control, I recommend you don't post results for positions or plays lower than 3-ply (or Gnu 2-ply) or with fewer than 5k trials -- too much variance. (Perhaps 2k is acceptable for isolated plays with margins greater than .050.) It may depend on your audience, though.
#8. Feel free to ask for Nactations of plays about which you're the least certain. But I happened to notice that the DMP result for 21S-55 should be d[A P1 N7 H8] ^46.
Hope that helps.
Nack
