Very tricky.

The key to this position looks like the blot on the ace and the stack on the 8pt. If the ace pt were made, or if White had a purer position (say, a blot on the 4pt and spares on the 6 & 8), then it would certainly be ND/T. Here it looks like it's a cube, though I'd still take.
