I'd double and take in the position given, AtS. Don't know what I'd do for money.

About your question - it may be an issue of being able to do both without the one interfering with the other. In BG I could calculate or go by feel, and switch between the tho without issues. In draughts (my other game), when I start making exact calculations it interferes with my feel for the position and the flow of the game. As a consequence, I play about as strong in blitz games as in normal games. If I'd been able to figure out this issue I'd be an international grandmaster.
