Before I think about this I like to know there were no major errors involved.

There were no errors whatsoever, both not major nor minor.

(To avoid confusion - 5th roll means that before this roll, both players moved their checkers twice)

I'll leave this one to Nack who seems to enjoy these puzzles.

I think this is far too easy for Nack!!

Why don't you try? If this is 5th roll, you know who rolled first. Also, you noted ace pt blot, that is also good clue.
