Calculating edge needed to overcome rake

What kind of edge do you need to over come the rake in long term play compared to opponents average error rate to yours. Say the sites rake is 5% from each player taken from the winner for a total rake of 10%.
e.g. $10/point, cube at 2, single win for a total of $20 taken from loser and $18 awarded to winner.
Lets say you play with PR of 5 on average and your opponent plays about an 8 PR. Would this be enough of a edge to overcome the site’s rake in the long run? I don’t know if there’s any standard accepted guidelines or work done on this yet but perhaps someone could point me in the right direction.
