I think I'd take here, because the chances of anchoring and having White crack first seem decent, but it looks close. Woolsey's rule would then say to double. The gammon price is low so I'm not terribly worried about throwing away G's; White's main advantage here is the high percentage of wins. In practice I'd be less sure of the take than of the double even though in theory the doubling decision is harder to calculate.
