I just did the same thing and with with the same result. For the plays that don't make it thru the huge analysis filter for 4 ply and are only evaluated at 3 or 2 ply it seems something is missed calculating the cubeful values.

If you take those plays and put them manually thru 3 or 2 play respectively, the cubeful values seem correct and make much more sense.

This is a strange bug that I have not seen previously.
