Does MET matter for rollout or evaluation? No, it can't at the score 2-away 1-away Crawford. I'm guessing Stick meant that in the 6-3 position "his" Gnubg plays 13/10 13/7* on both 2-ply and 3-ply. I had written that 2-ply played 24/15*, which is wrong; that's its -2-2/2 play.

And then Stick posted XG 3-ply and XG Roller+ evaluations, so here's a recap:

6-3 to play

In Paul's XG 3-ply rollout, the two plays are tied.

In Paul's rollout, 24/20 13/7* was 0.002 ahead of 13/9 13/7* ("tied") and 0.024 ahead of 24/14* (definitely third best).
