Rich wrote, "I booked a room at the Hyatt this year. I'd like to leave nothing to chance except for the backgammon. I am now concerned. The Hyatt has not yet expressed excitement about my stay. Perhaps I should call them."

Maybe Rich will just have to accept the fact that the Hyatt concierge is much more excited to have me as a guest than him. I can forward two different e-mails to you I have received from the Hyatt concierge telling me how excited they are about my upcoming visit.

Not sure I accept their statements at face value, because they told me the same thing last year before I arrived, but once I got there, no concierge ever made any contact with me.
