I have not in any way, shape or form mischaracterized it in the least.

If anyone has the slightest doubt, I believe that a private conversation with someone you know tells it like it is will leave you with not a bit of doubt.

Ask Stick!

And before the board responds, I hope they review all of the emails between me and Harvey on the matter. I have all of those emails. Does the board? Harvey led the charge and the board followed his lead.

The facts: 1. the board held meetings about my termination without inviting me to attend. Not legal within the confines of the bylaws. 2. The board voted me out for reasons not permitted in the bylaws. Rich seems to feel (and told me) that since the board twisted my arm into retroactively resigning thy the boards illegalities and immoralities were erased. "the board takes the position that it did nothing wrong since you resigned" was what he said in sum and substance.

But, again, have a conversation with Stick or Carter.
