Regardless, your post contradicts the boards official position - that they did nothing wrong. The fact is, Stick, apologies go a lot further that spin and historical revision.

In how good hands is an organization that not only breaches its bylaws but then can't redress the issue in some appropriate fashion? When will the organization breach again? When will it do something that destroys itself?

Were I to sue to be reinstated, I would have a valid case. I might win, I might lose but I'd have a case. Could the organization withstand that? What does the board do the next time it can't abide by its own bylaws and gets called on it in a big way? If you recall that was a point I raised as the board was going about this originally.

This is more than just about me. You can't say that you'll only violate your laws once in a while for a good reason. Who decides what the next good reason is?

Several months ago, on a call with me, Perry said what had happened and the way it had happened had been "unfortunate" (his word). How about including that in the official response?
