95k to call for 125k is 1:1.3 pot odds. 99 against any broadway gives, according to poker stove:

So even against a tight player it is a call, at the given pot odds. I don't see influence from bankroll and blinds. Perhaps there is one. But according only to the rem prozess, this must be a call.
