Clarification requested

I was aware that meetings were occurring, not about specific dates, nor specific meetings. I was not included on those emails nor was told when they would be ocurring - I was certainly NOT provided with a call-in number as the other 10 board members were. I protested this to Harvey Gillis during our many calls on the matter telling him it was not in keeping with the bylaws.

I did, and do, think that removing me from certain positions was permissible. I even, as previously mentioned, offered to step down for a set period. Removing from the board was not permissible.

I offered solutions that would have effectuated the same end result but in keeping with the bylaws.

So, in summary, some of what Perry writes is true but not all. I expected an attack like the official "reponse". The plain and simple fact is, the board breached the bylaws.
