Rod, thanks for the clarification. Just to be clear, you are saying that there was never any meeting for which any of the following statements are true:

In fact, Rod himself suggested four decisions to be made at the meeting, stated that he should not be in attendance at the meeting, and stated how he would vote on each of the decisions (and that he himself would have voted for his own removal as Chairman and as Executive Director, although he would have voted to remain as a Board member).

I'd also like to request that Perry, or someone else who can speak on his behalf, state the date of the above meeting, so that it's clear exactly which meeting is being referred to.
