And how many countless emails and conversations were there where I said this should not happen. Yes, if the board was going to vote, there was no reason to delay. It's as if to say, you're going to screw me over, go ahead and get it over with. It was made perfectly clear what was going to happen.

Like either you or Perry wrote, we would have changed the bylaws to accomplish what we sought to accomplish.

You were going to rip the bandaid off no matter what - I wanted it done already. And, yes, Rich, I said that if there was a vote then those were my votes. However, that was, if I recall correctly, the 3rd if-then on the email I sent. The first 2 were other suggestion that would have avoided the illegal vote. The board chose to ignore those. I made it clear that I felt it was not right.

I couldn't stop you. Harvey made it clear that "this is what is done in these situations" and that was pretty much it.

Do you have any concept of what I was going through at the time? And, yet, I continued to work on and for the USBGF as diligently as I had before.

And meetings of 10 of 11 board members are board meetings, regardless of what you choose to call them.
