In my original answer, i wrote: "...I don't see influence from bankroll and blinds. Perhaps there is one. ...". Because i am a poker jellyfish, playing for fun on pokerth, i expected something in your answer. Raise and push-in (stop and go strategy an option, by the way no one said yes or no) are clear-cut, depending on my googling, so i awaited something sophisticated from you or MCG.
