All responses seem correct aside from #6 being misleading.

The charitable organization was in the process of being set up at the time discussions about the URL's and the trademark were being held. I said I would prefer to donate them rather than be reimbursed, which was acceptable to the USBGF. The USBGF did expedite the set up, as I understand it, so that the transfer could be made sooner.

But the separate org was NOT set up merely to accommodate me.

Isn't that a bit more accurate, Rich?
