FWIW when I came up with this it was intended to be used at lopsided scores (>2-3 pt difference) and especially on 4- & 8-cubes. Never intended to use it at -3 -5 but it's interesting to look at and see how it compares.

I have no idea how this 70% thing works, but I guess my first question would be is it accurate and if so in what situations is it not so accurate.
