Thanks for the suggestions so far. I am always interested interesting books outside of BG ;-)
I strongly reccommend MASTERY by George Leonard. Unfortunately, my English is not good enough to give a decent description that hits the nail of the book, but I want to give it a short try:
The book is about becoming good in what ever field you wish, and the author (who is an AIKIDO master) says that you just have to do it over and over again, focus on what you are doing, until everything becomes automatic without thinking for you. He also puts perseverance as a key to excellence.
Well, you should risk the ~ US$ 8 for the paperback edition and check it out for yourself. And read a better description than mine on Amazon:
This book is soo good and full of interestion views, that sooner or later you are reading it over again.
