I am not sure I trust Stick's reference position (compensating for my post a few days back!). On the other hand, your rollout is short (in number of games, I guess your computer was tied up quite a while) and still has some variance, so double may become better vs non-double than you have it now (I still think ND).

Stick's reference position is better for white (red) than your position, because black (blue) has the 4-point instead of the 5-point, and White might anchor on the 20 instead of the 21. These changes mean less chances for Black to go forward, and less timing (whole of one pip). If think this may be enough to make the position a double, but the take seems very clear in Stick's position.

If both rollouts are accurate, I don't understand the BIG difference.
