Agreed. Well done! The scheduling even made specific provisions to play a round of doubles prior to general play in the morning, and doubles was clocked mandatory. This is a model that worked exceedingly well and I would like to see repeated at other events.

Sorry, absolutely nothing went wrong for me personally with regard to travel, hotel, anything (except for the backgammon itself). Not that anyone was expecting or looking forward to hearing about those things.
