Chiva,
I know that you a non-US citizen but when staging the US Open BG tournament, you need to be aware of the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990.
The ADA is a wide-ranging civil rights law that prohibits, under certain circumstances, discrimination based on disability. It affords similar protections against discrimination to Americans with disabilities as the Civil Rights Act of 1964,[4] which made discrimination based on race, religion, sex, national origin, and other characteristics illegal. Disability is defined by the ADA as "a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits a major life activity." The determination of whether any particular condition is considered a disability is made on a case by case basis.
I believe that all of us here can agree that backgammon is "a major life activity". It is becoming apparent that males playing in the US Open are at a disadvantage. I do not know if it is because males stand up to pee or if my wife is right and women are that much smarter then men but I believe that a fair settlement is that women start all matches against males with a two point penalty.
Thank you for your consideration in this legal matter....
