Ian wrote, 24/20 13/11 makes a point and looks to anchor. U 24/20 23/21 is plausible at GS since it seeks to anchor.

I reply, take a look at the position after 24/20 and you'll see that 23/21 is a hopeless blunder compared to 13/11 and regardless of whether it is GS or not. 24/20 13/11 is a fine play and perhaps best at GS, although I still might just make the 4 pt whereas 24/20 23/21 is a invitation to your own funeral with all those blots and shots and double hits.
