Here is one way to structure a wager:

Let's change 10 years to 5 and very best player in world to Stick Rice. Choose a typical blinds setup for heads up NL holdem. Contract that Stick plays bot of bettor's choosing N times at X dollars a match. Or alternatively play N times and bet is who wins most matches. Perhaps have a buyout clause for either bettor.
