Dealing with sandbaggers

I don't know, but we all know it could easily happen.
Other concerns.
Tournaments with rebuys, when do you cut them off? In the NYC recently the brochure said they'd take rebuys till 4:30 which left them, ultimately, with 33 winners. This really sucked since I was one of the fortunate anti-bye draws; however, at the last minute, for some reason, one of the 33 forfeited and we went back to a perfect 32. Las Vegas cuts it off at a certain time but what if they're at 64 winners and somebody else wants to rebuy? And should some get a chance to rebuy twice (due to two quick losses) when someone else gets no rebuy opportunity due to a long, complicated, close match? I don't know, but we should think about the answers.
After I won a Las Vegas Limited Jackpot several years ago Howard said I couldn't play the Limited Jackpot any longer, though he did allow me to do so once when I didn't want to spring for the bucks on the Super Jackpot. After a couple of other good cashings, now he only laughs at me and makes me play the Super Jackpot if I want to play. But he has let several others continue to play the Limited Jackpot though they've previously won the Limited Jackpot (which is a $10K first prize). When I won the Limited Jackpot I had to play multi-time European Champion John Slattery in the semifinal because there had not been room for him in the Super Jackpot.
There is not only a skill factor but also an economic factor in some of these decisions. Not only in the Jackpots but also in the Championship and Intermediate events. If someone is strapped for cash and can't pay the heavier freight should allowances be made?
All things to think about.
