Our back checkers have no problems, so max firepower. 13/8 9/7 (as JLee hints) is indeed a contender, but we should quickly check whether 13/6 giving 4s 6s and 7s to hit comes out better.

13/8 9/7 hits an entering checker on 30 rolls (12 13 43 miss), out of which 3 rolls (11 22 44) switch and 4 rolls (56 33 66) close the board cleanly

13/6 hits on 29 (12 23 35 55 miss), switches on 3 (11 22 33, may want to switch with 44 as well) and closes on 2 (46)

Also, 66 is slightly awkward after 13/6, all in all slight edge to:

13/8 9/7
