The problem with 13*9 6*5 is that it is so loose while white's board is worse. I would prefer making the 5-anchor here, especially since it prohibits a golden structure. And use the 1 for unstacking and hitting 6*5. By the way, I think that 20*16 6*5 might become second place in a rollout, because it hits more pips and its a blot in front of stripped points.
