The two-finger rule vs shuffling rule

In Response To: The two-hand rule (adrianov)

I am all against shuffling for obvious reasons. Also against knocking to count. But I like playing with forefinger and middlefinger 32D from initial position; or two up, or 55 or 22(11,4) with both hands. This is not ambiguous.
