21/16 13/3 8/3.

I'd like to safety some of the blots so 21/16 seems called for, but I find 9/4 too ugly. 13/3 8/3 gains 5 more dancing numbers and leaves only 8 shots. Trailing by 20 pips after the roll, staying back on the 23pt does not seem particularly inconvenient.
