Thats a good question, Its kind of complex. Winning is just as important as not getting BGd. So, if you stay put and play 18/7 then you get a shot 22/36 and hit about 12/36= 20% sometimes he will have 10 off sometimes 9, and 2/1 leaves 2 blots, so of that 20% you may win 43%?= 8.6% wins. How many BGs when played this way? Wow, this is over my head...55 and 66 2/36 with 30/36 rolls failing to get off the BG gives 4.6% alone. Im guessing that whats left adds up to more that 8.6%. Im also going to guess that playing 23/17 12/7 is best because while you may win less, you get BGd much less.
