To say it another way - when playing online or against a bot, you move the checkers with only one hand - the hand operating the computer mouse. But do you ever actually use your mouse to place your opponent's blot on the bar? No. That is implied unambiguously by the play of your own checkers, and it is the invisible hand of the computer so to speak that moves the blot to the bar. So I see no real problem with a live human doing the same, provided that it is done in such a way so as to be clear that the cause of the opponent's blot removal with the left hand is the effect of the checker play being made with the right hand (same as I'd expect if the blot removal and checker play were being done with the same hand).
