You said that you believed your opponent was not cheating when he was changing his dice when you were not looking. But he was, even if the dice he was changing were fair, because it's not allowed to change dice in the middle of a game.

Probably you're right and the dice he was changing were fair, because otherwise he would not have allowed you to tape the match in the first place.
This is why I think that tournament rules should be changed to always allow a player to tape his own match. Right now anybody who is handy enough and who has a set of fixed dice can cheat in the way you are describing.

I think this is a big problem for high stakes live tournaments and I know of a couple of players who don't play those tournaments anymore because of this reason.
