Backgammon Books - Promoting Backgammon

In Response To: Backgammon Books - Promoting Backgammon (Rich Munitz)

This comment is serious, so please don't think I am joking when I suggest it. Has anyone at the USBGF considered looking at getting funding from an international source - such as the oil rich nations in the Middle East? Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE etc. There are sheiks with deep pockets and who play backgammon. If you considered approaching them for sizable seed money (In the millions) and gave them name recognition within the organization (Yes, they may ask to have the name of the organization changed) maybe it would be worth it.
