Hitting could be correct here. We have 9 checkers in the zone and Black has another blot to pick up. I'm not totally convinced though since board strength is equal and the race is even so hitting seems a tad bold.

If we don't hit then I like 23/18 13/9. 24/20 13/8 leaves a checker somewhat awkwardly placed on the 23pt and a stack on the 8pt. 13/4 might also be O.K. but I don't like creating dilly builders when there's a plausible alternative available.

With QF I'd hit but OTB I'd play 23/18 13/9.
