Unfortunately the 4th 5th and 6th of February is a British Isles Backgammon weekend so a lot of players will be at the Jarvis Trophy in Hinkley:

Hinkley is not close to London and is not somewhere you would go on holiday!

Mike might be able to arrange an ad hoc gathering in London at a nice pub with a few interested players.
