I'd play bar/23 9/5*. Knocking the opponent's checker off our 5pt is the play with the highest potential gain, and since we have more checkers back with equal board strength, we lose relatively little if we're hit back. Buttoning up with bar/23 13/9 or bar/21 23/21 is safe, but White's threat is not to attack us but to consolidate her advantage. I'd be surprised if anything besides 9/5* is close.
