Play65 - the best of the worst

It was interesting to hear the opinion of Play65 personnel. I continue to believe that Play65 is the best online backgammon gambling site. Casinorip, Ladbrokes, and TMG have very few money players. However, Play65 does not understand and will never realize the great flaws in their service - long waits and high rakes. They do not realize that their rating system worsens these problems. They have never done anything to solve these huge problems. Several years ago, I gave up and stopped complaining to their customer support about the long waits.
I finally had enough of the waiting and high rakes. Last month, I withdrew all my money from Play65 and decided to not play there for money. Now, my sole backgammon entertainment is XG. You can earn money if your ppg average is about 1.2. That single money game action dried up very quickly when my ranking improved. The waits for a single money game were unbearable. Thus, I started playing 5 point games. Well, my expected win rate was 60%. In 100 match sessions, I would average between 56% and 63%. But the rakes are so darn high that you do not break even unless you win about 59% of your matches. The waits were quite long - not as long as money games - but stil ruined the fun.
Play65 is an honest company. Opponent cheating is practically non-existent. Customer service is polite and prompt. Play65 is the best, but they are not very good. Until something better comes around, this avid online backgammon gambler is finish with online backgammon.
