In Response To: Bring Back the Holland Rule (Phil Simborg)

How does it make the game far more interesting and complex (beyond the rules themselves being more complex)?

There will be an automatic double after two rolls and then an automatic take at odd away scores and a possible free drop at even away scores. This is what happens already. The only difference is that the free drop will be able to be used effectively a little more often and there will occasionally be an extra too good situation at even away.
