In Response To: Bring Back the Holland Rule (Phil Simborg)

If stating that "surely players will appreciate the beauty of the rule" is the best argument for using this rule, then it's probably not a good rule.

You need to do a better job of explaining why this would be an improvement, if you want to persuade anybody that this is worth a try.
