On consideration: 18/9*.

If you play conservatively, you will be squeezed off the anchor before White, and he will have improved his board. He is likely to have an efficient cube.

If you attack you, you can cash on White's 20 fans. If it all goes terribly wrong, you probably just lose a single game, since White's cube will be inefficient.
