I hate these positions and usually get them wrong. I am inclined to at least move 24-21(2) - advanced anchor seems right there. I don't like the slotting of the 4pt with no other builders in site. Opening the bar pt doesn't seem advantageous. I guess I' just pull down 2 from the 13pt with 13-10(2) .

Since your are bringing up this position I wonder if the suggestion is that the advanced anchor has little value with the 765 all stacked. In many cases any big roll that can't escape white's side will likely end up in a slotting play in blacks own home. (within a couple rolls). So maybe a reasonable play might be to slot the 4pt, bring 2 builders off the 13pt and simply play 24-21 to start moving out. Slotting the 4pt in this case would have a builder sitting on the 10pt within distance of rolling a 6 next time (if black misses the hit).
