My goal this week - teach a neighbor how to play Backgammon

I have suggested this to many backgammon people/groups/companies in recent years.

If just every member of BGO (forget about anywhere else) introduced the game to just one new player every week, and those new players to a new player every week, and so on, and so on, it would bring thousands (eventually millions) of new players to the game in very little time. So many in fact, that they would have to build new backgammon board factories.

An old TV commercial used to say, "People are like sheep, Hygrade keeps making them, people keep eating them, there's no end to it..."

How difficult is it for you to find just one new player every week?
