In Response To: Bring Back the Holland Rule (Bob Koca)

I'd guess there would be many more free drops. It probably would also result in efforts by the trailer to refrain from taking much risk, since it would not be rewarded if successful. Conversely, the leader could make risky plays without fear (except perhaps for undoubled G).
