Let’s say only 200 players in the worldwide backgammon community got just one new player each in Week 1, which equals 200 new players.

Then, those 200 get just one new player each in Week 2 which now equals 400 new players in just two weeks.

Those 400 get one each in Week 3 = 800 new players and so on...

If I am not mistaken, by Week 10 there would be 102,400 new players to the game.

Let’s change that, forget about getting one a week and make it one a month – this means that in 10 months there would be 102,400 new players.

Does this make sense to anybody? Does it sound too difficult?

Sure we’d lose a percentage but the game would grow.
