I'd just play 9-2.

I suppose there might be some value in trying to lure black off of the anchor with 13/6, but I'm not sure that he'd actually hit if he does roll a two. Anyway, slotting the next homeboard point can't be too wrong, and I'm not too keen on making the 8, so why leave it slotted?.
