Eleven Positions from MCG vs BJP on GG

Nice set of problems, Paul...thanks for posting.
1. 1's to cover, 3's and 4's to hit...should be a double. But Yellow has only 8 checkers in the zone and 3 checkers back while Black has a reasonably strong defensive position. D/T for me.
2. I think the 5pt is mandatory. Not sure about hitting loose, but being outboarded with a slight race lead, I'll run. Bar/15 10/5(2).
3. I guess the loose hit was the OTB play in #2 above so maybe I got that wrong. Here again I'm not sure about hitting loose but it seems to me that the simple 13/8 is more productive. Bar/22 13/8.
4. We certainly don't want to touch the back checkers so 13/7 is the 6. For the 2, I prefer 13/11. 7/5 is possible but I think 13/11 is better for our counterpriming plan. 13/11 13/7.
5. This is tougher than #4. I want to play the thematic 13/7 but is it too bold? I'll go ahead and play it anyway; if I'm wrong I'll learn something. 13/7.
6. I don't like abandoning the midpoint to make the bar when I have two checkers behind Yellow's prime, so 22/16 is the 6. With an even race I don't want to slot. That leaves 16/15 or 10/9. Not sure but I'll try 22/16 10/9.
7. 6/5(2) is automatic but I'm not sure about the last two 2's. I'll go for the obvious safe play since the race is even. 15/13 6/5(2).
8. The two leading candidates I see are 13/7(2) and 10/4(2). The idea of 13/7(2) is to fight prime with prime, while 10/4(2) works much better if we hit a shot, and so in particular should provide better defense against getting hit loose. I think I'm more worried about Yellow's last checker escaping than about a blot-hitting contest so I'll try 13/7(2).
9. 10/9(2) 24/22 does a better job of blocking the opponent and preparing to escape than 6/4 5/4 24/23, but 6/4 5/4 makes efficient use of those two spares and builds our board. Blocking is not so critical when we're ahead in the race and the 4pt is the 4pt, so I play 6/4 5/4 24/23.
10. 24/21 looks mandatory, and the main question seems to be whether to jump the prime or to hit. We have a stronger board so a bold play seems indicated, especially ATS. 24/21 8/3*.
11. Can covering possibly be right? I don't think so; I'd play 6/5 6/4 3/2.
