I opened your initial post only after writing my Nactation post below. It appears that either your diagram or your roll sequence is faulty.

If the sequence was 52D-32S-22M-51S-C at 𣛨, it is a slightly-larger-error transposition of the 52S-32S-22N-51S-C at 𣛨 sequence I gave in the other post.

If the fourth roll is 21, then one of Opp's 8pt spares should be moved back to her 11pt, and the 21 (played Bar/24 13/11) can be nactated as S, Z, D, P or even numeral 1. If the fourth roll is 51 (played Bar/24 13/8), then S, Z, D, t or 8 is fine.
